Shipping & Delivery

We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy, All shipments will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days based on your location.

Delivery

Generally the Delivery of your orders shall take place within 4 to 7 days of shipping of the orders. On shipping of your Order, You will get an email from our end to your registered email address stating the details of the shipments and shipment service in which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment email send from our end.

COD Orders

All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall be shipped only after receiving confirmation from Your end. Our Support shall call you in the registered mobile number within 24 hours of placing the Order to get your confirmation on the Orders. We shall try contacting You on the registered mobile number and/ or the email id provided to us and in the event, no response is received from Your end, We shall cancel the request made from your end. At any time, You may re-order the Products from the Website in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Return Policy

In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:Items that are physically damaged or defective, Items that varies from the description, Items that are wrongly delivered, Wrong Colour, Wrong Style, Wrong Size, or Wrong Quantity, Something you don't like We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy. For exchanges, You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price and the new items will be shipped to you after receiving any applicable additional payments.

Refunds:

We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at londonhouze@gmail.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product.  In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then We will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.Please note the applicable shipping or COD charges shall not be refunded to you in any circumstances.
